Duck Soup Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Place chicken, skin side up in 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients well; pour over chicken.
    Top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
