Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 oz. dried mushrooms
    3 1/2 c. water or stock
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1/2 c. carrots, diced
    1/2 c. minced celery
    1/2 tsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms and onions for 20 minutes in water at a slow simmer.
    Add carrots and celery; cook 20 minutes more.
    Add herbs.
    Make a roux of flour and butter; add to soup.
    Stir for 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
