Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. sugarless sweetener
    2 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplements, dissolved in 2 c. water
    2 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1/4 c. each: green onions and celery, chopped
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    In a coated skillet, combine ground turkey, onions, celery and brown together.
    Drain mixture.
    Add all seasonings and supplements and bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and add cabbage and mushrooms.
    Simmer until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
