Chicken Tikka(Curried Chicken Grilled) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    2 1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped fresh tomatoes
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped fresh coriander
    1 Tbsp. chopped ginger
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 tsp. garam masala
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. hot red pepper, ground
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 whole egg
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Skin, bone and grind chicken.
    Debone chicken and discard all but meat of chicken.
    Discard wings.
    Chop meat up and grind if possible.
    Combine chicken, bread crumbs, onions, tomatoes, coriander, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, red pepper, salt and egg in deep bowl.
    Mix well in bowl.
    Divide into 8 equal parts in pan.
    Heat oil in pan and deep fry chicken mixture to form cutlets.
    Fry on each side until brown.
