Spicy Fried Chicken(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 broiler-fryer (about 2 1/2 to 3 lb.), cut up
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/3 c. vegetable shortening
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine pepper, poultry seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper and dry mustard.
    Rub mixture on chicken.
    Coat evenly using all of the spices.
    Rub in a paper or plastic bag. Combine flour, salt, garlic powder and celery salt.
    Add chicken, a few pieces at a time.
    Shake to coat.
