Stuffed Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    4 Tbsp. onions, cooked in 1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Put on waxed paper. Pat out in sheet 14-inches long x 10-inches wide.
