Holiday Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. quick cooking rice
    1/8 tsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. frozen peas
    2 Tbsp. pimento
Preparation
    In a saucepan, brown rice with sage and butter.
    Add broth; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cover; simmer 15 minutes.
    Add peas; simmer 10 minutes or until done.
    Stir in pimento.
