Football Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. steak sauce
1/2 cut green pepper, chopped
1 (5 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown beef in shortening.
Add onion, ketchup, steak sauce and green pepper.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Cook macaroni and drain. Combine macaroni and meat in casserole dish.
Season to taste. Blend in soup.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
