Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits or chunks
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Grease casserole dish.
Drain pineapple thoroughly.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons flour.
Mix pineapple with grated cheese and flour mixture.
Place in casserole.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Pour 1/2 cup melted oleo over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
