Quick Dinner Idea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4.cup chopped green bell pepper
    2 lbs.flour
    1/2. salt
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8oz)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 cup flour
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. green onion
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cook and stir in ground beef in a 10-inch skillet until brown; drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, bell pepper, 2 Tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
    Boil 1 minute stirring constantly.
    Pour into an ungreased rectangular pan 13x9x2-inch.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Beat eggs, milk, oil, 1 cup flour and 1/2 tsp. salt with hand beater until smooth.
    Pour over cheese.
    Sprinkle with onion.
    Bake 25-30 minutes. or until puffy and golden brown.
    Serve immediately.
