Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. nonfat chicken broth
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
Preparation

Mix broth and cornstarch.
Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Slowly pour in egg.
Stir once gently.
Garnish with green onion.
