Meat Loaf And Tater Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onions, salt, pepper, ketchup and seasoned salt.
    Pat in 8 or 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Remove from oven, drain off excess fat. Combine 3 cups mashed potatoes and cheese; spread over meatloaf and bake for 1/2 hour more.
    Makes 6 servings.
