Louisiana Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can French onion soup
1 chopped green pepper
1 lb. hot sausage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. Minute rice
red pepper (cayenne)
black pepper and garlic to taste

Preparation

Mix thoroughly all the ingredients and pour into lightly greased pan with lid.
Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
This freezes well.
Very good.
Serves 8.
