Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    3 unbaked pie shells
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 Tbsp. flour
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Pour into shells.
    Dot with butter (butter may be added to ingredients, melted).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for 1 hour or until firm.
