Crab-Avocado Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. crabmeat (real or imitation)
    1 large avocado
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Drain and slice crab.
    In blender, combine avocado, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Blend until smooth. Add cream cheese and sour cream.
    Fold in crab.
    Cover and chill. Serve with crisp vegetables or chips.
