Apple Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 deep dish pie crusts
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. flour
6 c. sliced apples (Granny Smith work best)
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. fresh cranberries
Preparation

Toss apples and cranberries with flour, sugar and cinnamon. Mound into 1 pie crust.
Dot with margarine and top with second crust.
Make several slits in top of crust near center.
Bake at 45 to 50 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Cool on wire rack.
Drizzle with confectioners icing, if desired.
