Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
5 potatoes
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
salt
grated cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in large saucepan.
Add onion and cook until clear. Add ground beef and brown.
Pour off fat.
Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water (1 cup).
Add tomato sauce and bouillon cubes (dissolved in water) to meat. Stir well until boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, to prevent burning.
Texture should be thick.
Cook 15 minutes.
