Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
3 to 4 c. rhubarb, cleaned and cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces
4 eggs or 1 carton Egg Beaters
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Dust inside of pie crust with 1 or 2 tablespoons of flour. Fill shell to heaping with rhubarb pieces.
Beat together eggs and sugar, then pour over rhubarb.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
