Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook for 25 to 30 minutes longer or until set.
