Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 pkg. tortillas
    1 c. shredded cheese
    chopped lettuce
    chopped tomato
    sour cream
    olives (if desired)
Preparation
    Saute green peppers and onions in butter.
    Add soup and 1 1/2 cans water, taco seasoning and the vinegar.
    Mix and simmer approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
    Place some of the chicken and a few spoonfuls of sauce in middle of tortillas.
    Sprinkle some cheese on top of this and fold tortillas.
    Place completed tortillas in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Repeat until all ingredients are gone.
    Pour remainder of sauce over rolled tortillas in pan.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
