Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. celery
    6 medium carrots
    1 can tomatoes
    3 onions
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix; put in covered dish.
    Bake 5 hours in a 250\u00b0 oven.
    Serve over rice.
