Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 lb.) loin of pork
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 large can tomatoes (more if desired)
    3 sliced onions
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Rub brown sugar into pork.
    Place in deep roasting pan. Sprinkle well with salt and pepper.
    Then add tomatoes, onion, Tabasco, catsup and water to the pan.
    Baste often with the mixture while baking.
    Roast in open roasting pan at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours or until well done.
    Serves 8 to 10.
