Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained and chopped
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise (do not substitute low-fat)
Preparation

Combine the above in 1-quart size dish sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
