White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flour
1 lb. sugar
1 lb. butter
1 lb. pecans
1/2 lb. red candied pineapple
1/2 lb. green candied cherries
1/2 lb. red candied cherries
1 lb. white raisins
6 eggs
2 (1 oz.) bottles lemon extract
2 1/2 c. real butter
Preparation

Cut fruit, add pecans, raisins and lemon extract.
Pour flour over nuts and fruit.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks. Pour all of this into fruit.
Beat egg whites good.
Fold egg whites in last.
Cook for 3 hours at 250\u00b0.
