Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks sweet butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs (room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter and flour a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
    Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice; blend well.
    Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Batter should be smooth.
    Pour into prepared baking pan. If using Bundt or tube pan, bake for one hour.
    Cool on rack; unmold.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
    Serves 8.
