Potato Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water or potato water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2/3 c. soft shortening
    1 c. mashed potatoes (warm)
    7 to 7 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix together water, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add shortening and mashed potatoes.
    Mix with spoon and then with hands.
    Add flour.
    Make into rolls and bake at 400\u00b0 about 12 minutes.
    May be stored in refrigerator for 3 or 4 days in airtight container.
