Rotini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. each: salt, mustard seed and celery seed
    2 c. cucumbers, chopped
    2 c. onions, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. rotini, cooked, drained and cooled
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and spices in a saucepan.
    Boil 5 minutes; cool.
