Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Trappey black-eyed peas (flavored with bacon and jalapeno), drained
    green bell pepper, chopped, to taste
    1 to 2 avocados, chopped
    1/2 green onion (with top), chopped
    1 pkg. cherry tomatoes, sliced
    1 jar pimento
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1 bottle Catalina dressing (fat-free)
Preparation
    May add minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste and/or other colored bell peppers.
