Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain
    pineapple
    tidbits;
    reserve
    3
    tablespoons
    of juice to
    use
    later.
    Mix
    together sugar and flour;
    stir in juice. It will make a thick paste.
    Mix cheese real well into the paste. Add pineapple and mix real good.
    Put in a greased 1 quart Corning
    pan.
    Put cracker crumbs and a little butter on top. Bake
    20
    to
    30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Needs to bubble in the middle. Works better in a flat dish.
