Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 c. thick spaghetti sauce
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, seasoning and sugar.
    Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer sauce, uncooked lasagna, cottage or Ricotta cheese and Mozzarella.
    Repeat layers, ending with sauce and remaining cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove foil and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
