Easy Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 jar (approximately 26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen spinach, thawed
    1 (12 oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large frying pan, brown beef with onion and garlic.
    Drain off fat.
    Add spaghetti and tomato sauces; cover and simmer.
    In a medium bowl, combine spinach, cheeses and seasonings.
