Butcha Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Fleischmann's yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening or lard
    4 eggs
    6 c. flour
    2 c. sour cream
    sugar and cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt, shortening, eggs and flour. Mix into a stiff dough.
    Let rise.
    Knead down and let rise again.
    Then roll out and put in two 9 x 13-inch pans. Let rise again.
    Spread 1 cup sour cream on top of each pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on each pan to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
