Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and boned
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, bread crumbs and onion.
    Add drained salmon (remove bones and dark skin).
    Mix altogether and stir in melted butter.
    Pack into an 8 x 4-inch pan or use a pie dish (8 or 9-inch). Sprinkle crushed saltine crackers on top and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes for loaf pan or about 30 minutes for a pie dish.
