Roast And Veggies With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 shoulder roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 pkg. diced carrots
    1 large diced onion
    1 large diced green pepper
Preparation
    Place meat, vegetables, salt and pepper in a cooking bag with onion soup mix mixed with water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Remove meat juices; mix in a saucepan with mushroom soup.
    Heat, stirring constantly.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Serve.
