Great Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Cut in butter with a pastry knife. Add egg yolk and vanilla.
Put 1/3 dough on the bottom of a spring-form pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown (about 6 to 8 minutes). Cool and attach sides.
Butter sides and pat remaining dough around side of pan.
