Toffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 Heath bars (I freeze and then break into pieces with hammer on a cement surface)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; add to creamed margarine.
    Put aside 1/2 cup of this mixture for topping.
    To remainder, add buttermilk, egg and vanilla.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan or glass dish.
    To 1/2 cup of reserved topping, add crushed Heath bars and nuts.
    Spread this evenly over top of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
