Freezer Peach Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. prepared peaches
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. Ever-Fresh fruit protector (optional)
    5 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1 box powdered fruit pectin
Preparation
    Peel and pit peaches; chop or grind very fine.
    Measure 2 1/4 cups into large bowl.
    Add lemon juice and fruit protector.
    Stir sugar into fruit.
    Let stand 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
