Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove of garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
Preparation
    In a pie pan, combine crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper.
    In an ungreased baking dish (3-quart), melt butter with garlic powder.
    Dip chicken pieces in garlic-butter, then in crumb mixture.
    Place in baking dish, skin side up.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0
    for 55 to 65 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
