Mandarin Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 acorn squash
1/3 c. orange marmalade
1/3 c. margarine
cinnamon
Preparation

Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
Place, cut side down, in baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Combine softened margarine and marmalade. Blend well. Turn squash. Spoon marmalade mixture into centers.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until tender. Serves 4.
