Pumpkin Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (8 oz.) dates, chopped
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift
together\tflour, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Combine eggs,
sugar
and oil in large bowl; beat lightly just to mix.
Stir\tin
pumpkin
and
dates.
Add
dry ingredients, beating just
until smooth; stir in nuts.
Pour in greased and floured 9 x
5
x 3-inch loaf pan.\tBake 1 hour and 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool
in pan 15 minutes.
Best if wrapped in plastic and refrigerated 2 days before slicing.
