Speedy Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients until well blended. Pour into shell and bake at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
