Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) jar jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Layer 1/2 corn bread mixture into black skillet that has been greased.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese and top with remainder corn bread mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
