Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. prepared squash
    1/4 c. onion, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrots (add uncooked to vegetables)
    1/4 lb. stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing
Preparation
    Boil squash covered in water for 5 minutes.
    Mix onion, sour cream, chicken soup and shredded carrots to squash.
