1 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
3 tbsp. Canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Nonfat Dry Milk
3/4 c. Splenda Granular
1 c. Wheat Bran
1 1/2 c. All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flax seeds
2 tbsp. dried currants, or raisins
