Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet Stove Top stuffing mix vegetable seasoning
    1 packet Stove Top stuffing crumbs
    6 boneless chicken breast halves
    1 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. margarine, cut in pieces
    1 jar salsa, divided (12 oz.)
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix contents of vegetable seasoning packet, water and margarine in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish until margarine is melted.
    Stir in stuffing crumbs and 1/2 cup of the salsa.
    Place chicken over stuffing.
    Pour remaining 1 cup salsa over chicken.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
    Remove foil.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
