Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 whole eggs, beaten
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, Wesson oil and beaten eggs. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat well. Add pecans and carrots; mix well. Pour into a greased sheet cake pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
