Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. biscuit mix or regular flour
    8 oz. extra sharp grated cheese
    1 lb. hot sausage
Preparation
    Grate cheese; let it come to room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients; roll into bite size balls.
    Bake in shallow pan in moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
