Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. fresh oysters
3 c. medium coarse cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 c. turkey broth (not turkey stock)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oyster liquor
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Drain oysters, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Combine cracker crumbs, butter and salt.
Spread 1/2 of cracker crumb mixture in a greased shallow baking dish.
Cover with 1/2 of the oysters. Sprinkle with pepper.
Use another third of crumbs.
Spread a second layer.
Cover with remaining oysters.
Sprinkle with pepper.
