Molded Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. gelatin
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    2 c. cold chicken, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. stuffed olives, chopped
    lite salt
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water for five minutes and dissolve over boiling water.
    Add chicken, celery, green pepper, olives and salt.
    Mix ingredients.
    Put in desired mold that has been dipped in cold water, then chill thoroughly.
    Turn on a bed of lettuce.
