Casserole, Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. red snapper fillets
    3/4 c. flour
    3 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    6 oz. green chili sauce
    12 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat fillets with flour, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat butter in medium skillet and lightly saute fillets on both sides, two at a time, adding more butter as needed.
    Place fillets in individual casserole dishes. Divide sauce and then cheese among them.
    Bake about 12 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
